Coup back at it again for our second podcast of 2011. The mix starts off with a bit of haunting and unnerving music from oOoOO which surprisingly melds it's way nicely into the rhythmic chanting and percussion of Tunnidge's 'Tribe'. The mix also features some serious love for last year's Africa Hitech 'Blen' release on Warp as well as selections off of Maddslinky's extensively remixed 'Futhur Away' single. 'Bass 2 Dark' by Double Helix of LHF is already one of 2011's standout tunes, a deep and layered reinterpretation of the classic jungle anthem by Asylum 'Da Bass II Dark.' And what throw-back to the 90s would be complete without some Wu-Tang samples thrown in for good measure? Tunes from stateside up and comers LDFD and Sublo cap off another badboy mix from Cooper. Seattle, you can look out for him to be playing out some more gigs in the near future.
